**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with epic owner, business analysts, functional analysts, and developers to understand project requirements and define the testing approach.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes for the project, in line with relevant company guidelines and in close cooperation with the testing competence center.
- Evaluate the feasibility of test automation and guide development of automated test scripts where applicable.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Review test artifacts to ensure compliance with project requirements and best practices.
- Oversee the execution of test cases, including user acceptance, functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Monitor progress, identify and prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Define and track key testing metrics to measure the effectiveness and progress of testing activities.
- Ensure clear and concise communication of test results to project stakeholders. Prepare and present test status and defect reports.
- Identify, assess & report testing risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement process improvements and optimizations in the testing methodology.
