4PS maakt, implementeert en onderhoudt de beste totaaloplossing in software voor bouw, GWW en installatie bedrijven. Binnen de processen van de bouwnijverheid wordt veel informatie uitgewisseld en doorlopend gecommuniceerd tussen diverse ondernemingen. 4PS Construct helpt hen grip te krijgen op de bedrijfsprocessen en zorgt hiermee voor een hogere efficiëntie.
**Wat staat jou te wachten?**
Als Support Consultant los je vanuit ons kantoor in Gent of Hasselt (of vanuit huis) complexe problemen op voor onze klanten door een goede en snelle analyse van de knelpunten te maken. Dat doe je door op functioneel niveau en, waar mogelijk, op technisch vlak hulp te bieden. Je houdt het hoofd koel als knelpunten om een snelle oplossing vragen.
Onze klanten worden bediend via online kanalen, zodat zij snel weer verder kunnen. Samen met je team ben je verantwoordelijk vanaf het moment dat de melding binnen komt totdat de klant naar tevredenheid is geholpen. Samen met je team neem je voortdurend initiatief om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren, elke dag een beetje beter
**Een greep uit de werkzaamheden**:
“Hoi ik ben Niels Als Support medewerker voel ik mij nauw betrokken bij de klant; als zij tegen een probleem aanlopen, breng ik hen weer op weg. Iedere dag is daarom anders Op maandag los ik een technisch issue in het systeem op bij klant A, de volgende dag help ik klant B op weg in een voor hen nieuw systeem.
Bij 4PS is het zo dat niet alleen de organisatie, maar ook de medewerkers zich steeds blijven innoveren. Dit betekent voor mij dat ik, na het behalen van mijn HBO Diploma Business & IT, door ga groeien in de rol van Technisch Consultant.”
**Wie ben jij?**
Werkervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar net-afgestudeerden moedigen we zeker aan om te reageren
Het is allereerst belangrijkst dat je affiniteit hebt met software, want dat is het product waarmee je aan de slag gaat. We kijken daarnaast verder dan alleen een geschikt CV, maar houden altijd onderstaande zaken in acht:
- Een (zo goed als) afgeronde HBO opleiding in een relevante studierichting (bijvoorbeeld (Business &) IT, Technisch Bedrijfskunde of Informatica) of een (zo goed als) afgeronde MBO opleiding met intentie om HBO opleiding te volgen;
- Klantgericht en analytische vaardigheden;
- Flexibel in houding, beschikbaarheid en taal;
- Je werkt graag (samen) aan en naar structurele oplossingen;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden met relaties op verschillende niveaus;
- Ervaring als software Support Consultant is een pré;
- Kennis van Navision of Business Central is een pré;
- Ervaring met Scrum is een pré;
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
