**Working as a Head of Business Continuity & Crisis Management**:
The role of the Head of Business Continuity & Crisis Management (“Head of BCCM”) reports to the Global CISO.
The Head of BCCM’s mission and objective will be to establish, maintain and orchestrate the Business Continuity & Crisis Management processes across the Orange Cyberdefense International Group.
**Key Responsibilities - Strategic**
- Lead business continuity and crisis management to enhance the value of the company and brand.
- Manage the development and implementation of security policies, standards, instructions and guidelines in relation
to the role.
**Key Responsibilities - Tactical**
- Defining, directing & prioritizing BCCM across Orange Cyberdefense transversal IT teams. The points of contacts are the IT functional leaders or their nominated representatives.
- Defining, directing & prioritizing BCCM activities across Orange Cyberdefense entities. The points of contacts are the entities’ Chief Information Security Officers.
- Assist departments at Orange Cyberdefense in compliance and conformity questions regarding BCCM.
- Participate in activities with counterparts at other companies within Orange Group in relation to this role.
**What we expect of you**:
- Information security management: CISM, masters degree or similar, or at least 5 years work experience including at least 1 year in the BCCM field; genuine hands-on experience with relevant approaches, standards, methods, frameworks in relation to this role.
- Business management: extensive real-world management experience involving contact with senior management, departmental/corporate management, budgeting, strategic planning, management reporting and metrics, legal and
regulatory compliance, formulation and management of BCCM etc.
- Technical management: this role is not expected to have a technical background; however, knowledge of technical systems in relation to the role is desirable.
- Languages: English (French is a bonus)
