Analyst/accountant

He/she will build and maintain excellent relationship with all levels of the organisation and will deliver an excellent professional service to every internal and external stakeholder.
- Do daily follow up and reconciliation of cash and bank transactions.
- Do daily follow up on stock movement and regular analysis and reconciliation of inventory.
- Understand the retail business and IT processes.
- Prepare accurate sales reports for internal and external audit purposes.
- Report on a regular basis with the retail accounting manager, store and area manager.
- Respect monthly closing deadlines.
- Process supplier invoices.
- Provide support and training to the staff, store and area manager relating to any accounting procedures on sales and goods transactions.

- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Show outstanding analytical skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
- Be open-minded.
- Be a good team player, capable of working on his/her own initiative.
- Prove a strong customer mind-set.
- Have excellent organisational and computer skills including Excel.
- Be pro-active and show problem-solving skills.
- Possess an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, any other languages are an advantage.
