Main Role:
A Sales / Client Coordinator acts as the link between clients, sales teams, and operations, ensuring that orders, services, and communications run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
: Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and sales documents Coordinate orders between clients, warehouse, and logistics teams Track deliveries, orders, and service progress Update CRM systems or Excel records Follow up on payments and customer requests Support sales team with administrative tasks Handle complaints and provide customer support Schedule meetings and manage client accounts Required Skills: Good communication (English + French or Dutch is a plus in Belgium) Organization and attention to detail Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Customer service skills Basic understanding of logistics or sales processes Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Loon: Vanaf €2.500,00 per maand
