Vandaag zijn we op zoek naar een
**Sales Support Trainee (M/V/X)** om onze “Sales Force”-afdeling te versterken en te ondersteunen.
Locatie : Sint-Stevens-Woluwe
Modaliteiten : Realisatie van een niet-betaalde stage onder een stageovereenkomst.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
In deze rol, rapporteer je aan onze Project & Field Sales Managers en als zodanig behoren de volgende zaken tot jouw takenpakket:
- Optreden als helpdesk voor alle administratieve taken die verband houden met de Field Team's (Sales vertegenwoordig(st)ers).
- Zorgen voor een constante update van het CRM-systeem (configuratie van nieuwe promo-acties, onderhoud van product
- en store database,) en van het content-sharingplatform (plaatsen van bestelformulieren, assortimentslijsten, prioriteiten,).
- Garanderen van een constante optimalisatie van de field operations en ervoor zorgen dat de Field-teams op tijd beschikken over het nodige gereedschap en materiaal (POSM, gratis goederen, coupons,).
- Volgen van de wekelijkse evolutie en update van de KPI's & Field Performance trackers en indienen van activiteitrapporten aan de Project & Field Sales Managers.
- Actief deelnemen aan operationele vergaderingen (briefing, weekly meetings, enz.).
Kwalificaties & Aanbieding:
Als je over het onderstaande profiel beschikt, ben je van harte WELKOM:
- Je volgt een academische opleiding (bachelor/master) liefst in een Marketing of Commercieel-gerelateerde richting en je zoekt een stage van min. 3 maanden (fulltime).
- Je hebt mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Frans en in het Nederlands - Engels is een pluspunt.
- FMCG-producten (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) en de wereld van Retailers spreekt je enorm aan.
- Jouw persoonlijkheid is voor ons van groot belang Je hebt een gevoel voor service en teamwork, uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, het vermogen om deadlines te halen en efficiënt te werken en“last but not least”creativiteit en proactiviteit.
