Voor onze klant in Zwijndrecht zijn we op zoek naar een
**Junior Buyer**.
:
Je takenpakket:

- Kostenrapportage van investeringsprojecten (apparatuur en bouw), inclusief honoraria van PM Group en subconsultants.
- Beheer van onze Change Control procedures en tools en bijbehorende deliverables
- Beheer van onze PM Group Man-hour Control en Productivity
- Measurement procedures en tools en bijbehorende deliverables.
- Verwerken van facturen en betalingen van contractanten, leveranciers en sub-consultants voor meerdere projecten
- Ontvangen, sorteren en vergelijken van facturen en bewijsstukken met inkoopordervoorwaarden, betalingsmijlpalen en kennisgevingen van goederenontvangst
- Facturen distribueren en volgen naar verschillende projecteigenaren / leads voor meerdere projecten ter goedkeuring.
- Aansluiten van leveranciersrekeningen en samenwerken met het inkoopteam en leveranciers om eventuele problemen op te lossen.
- Reageert op vragen van leveranciers, inkoop
- en financiële afdelingen en lost deze tijdig en professioneel op.
- Opstellen van maandelijkse overzichten en afstemmen van rekeningen voor maandelijkse rapportage
- Toegewezen taken en projecten op zich nemen

Vereisten:

- Een eerst ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Het vermogen om regelmatig te communiceren met personeel, management en klanten om gerelateerde informatie te verstrekken of te verkrijgen.
- SAP SME verdient de voorkeur, maar is niet essentieel, want er wordt voor opleiding gezorgd
- Vaardig met Microsoft Excel
- Sterke werkethiek, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en vertrouwelijkheid
- Een georganiseerde zelfstarter die aandacht heeft voor details en zelfstandig kan werken
- In staat om prioriteiten te stellen en meerdere taken te beheren, waarschijnlijk met concurrerende prioriteiten
- Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief bij te dragen binnen een teamomgeving
- In staat om een professionele houding te handhaven in uitdagende situaties
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
