**Description**
- Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het snel en effectief afhandelen van alle verzekeringsclaims die verband houden met leasevoertuigen;
- Jij evalueert, registreert en houdt het gehele proces van verzekeringsclaims nauwlettend in de gaten;
- Jij onderhoudt de communicatie met verzekeringsmaatschappijen, experts en klanten om claims efficiënt te beheren;
- Jij onderhandelt over uitbetalingen van claims en zorgt ervoor dat deze eerlijk en tijdig worden afgehandeld;
- Jij analyseert claimpatronen en doet aanbevelingen om risico's te verminderen;
- Jij draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en invoering van beleid en procedures met betrekking tot verzekeringsclaims.
**Profile**
- Heeft een afgeronde Bachelor in verzekeringen of is een schoolverlater met relevante studieachtergrond;
- Beschikt over mínimaal 1 jaar praktische ervaring in de sector;
- Kan snel en effectief reageren op veranderende situaties.
**Offer**
- Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen de €2800 en €3800 per maand;
- Flexibele telewerkregeling waarbij je na de opleidingsperiode 50% van de tijd vanuit huis kunt werken;
- Een werkweek van 39 uur, met 8 uur per dag en een verkort schema van 7 uur op vrijdag;
- De mogelijkheid om in de ene week 2 dagen en in de andere week 3 dagen vanuit huis te werken;
- De optie om na 6 maanden een auto te leasen via een cafetariaplan, als je geen eigen wagen hebt;
