**Description**:

- Day-to-day administrative support for the marketing department
- Organisation of internal and external events (conferences, workshops, meetings with partners, etc.)
- Monitoring marketing projects with other offices (particularly London)
- Coordination and preparation of marketing materials
- Constant interaction with colleagues and partners (mainly in English)
- Proofreading, formatting and checking content (rigour and eye for essential details)

**Profile**
- You are fluent in English and have a good level of French
- You are precise, organised and pay attention to detail
- You have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with a wide range of people
- You have previous experience in marketing or communications support
- You are comfortable working in an international corporate environment
- You know how to manage priorities rigorously and professionally

**Offer**
- Open-ended contract to be filled in Brussels - confirmed position (not in London)
- Attractive salary: between €3500 and €4000 gross per month, depending on experience
- No structural teleworking (flexibility possible on a case-by-case basis)
- Lots of interaction with colleagues, working directly with partners, where quality and reliability are essential
