Compliance Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- You will participate in the development and maintenance of a compliance structure
- You will support the development and help facilitate the execution of the Compliance operating model
- You will support the coordination of cross-functional processes and projects
- You will support the regional reporting requirements
- You will develop and maintain the internal system
- You will bring new ideas to support internal strategies
- You will support the department in the management of both local, regional and group compliance obligations
- You will work closely with the regional and local compliance departments to enhance the compliance environment

**Profile**:

- You have a first relevant experience in compliance (preferably in the insurance sector)
- You speak Dutch or French as well as English
- Certification in compliance is preferable but not mandatory
