Stel jij alles in vraag om te weten hoe iets in elkaar steekt? En heb je de gave om van een uitdagend probleem naar een doordachte oplossing te gaan? Dan ben jij als Functioneel Analist binnenkort misschien wel ons eerste aanspreekpunt bij het **bedenken van slimme online en offline producten**.
Bij elk nieuw project maak jij eerst een **functionele analyse**, om te bepalen **wat een digitaal product precies moet doen en kunnen**. Hiervoor vertrek je van de ideeën van de klant, maar krijg je natuurlijk ook de hulp van je technical lead, UX-designer, projectmanager en andere teamleden. Nadien blijf je het project mee opvolgen.
Tijdens alle fasen van het project hou je je analyse dicht bij de hand en waak je nauwgezet over de doelstellingen die je hebt vastgelegd. Daarbij zijn je **kritische skills** belangrijker dan enige technische kennis. We vertrouwen op jouw oplossingsgerichte brein om tot producten te komen die voor alle betrokkenen een win-win zijn. In ruil kan je rekenen op een klantenbestand met** heel wat afwisseling**: zowel voor kleine start-ups als internationale marktleiders zal jouw expertise een grote meerwaarde zijn.
Wat je meebrengt als Functional Analyst
- Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zin om zowel autonoom als in team te werken. Hoe je best duidelijke afspraken maakt, is jou dan ook niet vreemd;
- Vrienden zouden je omschrijven als een sociaal en communicatief persoon. Maar ook als iemand die graag out-of-the-box en kritisch denkt;
- Je hebt ervaring met het onderhouden van professionele langetermijnrelaties;
- Je hebt een goed begrip van de functionele aspecten van complexe digitale applicaties. Kennis van Jira en Confluence is een plus;
- De term ‘agility’ in de brede zin van het woord past goed bij jou: je hebt een flexibele geest en een natuurlijke drive om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
