**JOUW OPDRACHT**
- Je sluit je aan bij een onderzoeksteam dat zich richt op het ontrafelen van de rol van bioactieve fenylpropanoïden bij plantengroei.
- Je focust op de fysiologische rol van PAL genen en het metabole engineering van de fenylpropanoide biosyntheseweg.
- Je staat in voor het begeleiden van bachelor en masterstudenten.

**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je hebt een diploma van Doctor op proefschrift in de biotechnologie en relevante professionele ervaring als post-doc
- Je hebt bewezen praktische ervaring met CRISPR-technologie, heterologe productie van eiwitten, en metabole engineering in planten
- Je hebt relevante ervaring met het aanpassen van de fenylpropanoide biosyntheseweg in planten.
- Je hebt ervaring in het cultiveren van zowel _Arabidopsis thaliana_ als _Physcomitrella patens_ en hun toepassing in laboprotocols

**ONS AANBOD**
- Wij bieden je een contract van bepaalde tijd voor een periode van 9 maand
- De indiensttreding kan ten vroegste vanaf 1/10/2025
