Talencia is currently looking for a service delivery manager for one of his clients.
**Location**: Belgium
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Duration**: 10 months
**Language**: English
**Homeworking**: Remote
**Mission**:
**Technical Vision**: Finding the best technical solutions to solve existing business requirements and problems.
**Governance and Compliance**: Ensuring that architecture deliverables are high-quality and consistent with the organization's internal IT standards, policies, and enterprise governance strategies (including TOGAF).
**Optimization**: Looking for opportunities for reuse and identifying standard patterns for common solutions to minimize overall waste.
**Profile**:
**Architect Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, including proven experience creating architecture solution visions and high-level designs.
**Modeling Languages**: Proficiency in UML and BPMN. Understanding ArchiMate is desirable.
**Technologies**: Experience with Java, Python, and Spring Boot.
**Processes**: Proven, relevant experience working on reverse engineering processes.
**Frameworks**: Strong experience in an IT Service Management environment, including ITIL and IT Security Awareness.
**Methodologies**: Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies, including CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and DevOps/DevSecOps.
**Advantage**: Power System Industry experience is a huge advantage.
