**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a Solution Analyst at Soletis, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and developers to analyze needs, define functional requirements, and ensure that the final solution delivers value.

While coding is not your core responsibility, having a solid understanding of software logic or the ability to read/write basic code is considered a strong plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Modeling business processes and data flows using tools such as BPMN or UML.
- Translating complex requirements into clear and structured specifications for the development team.
- Collaborating with developers and testers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Supporting acceptance testing and helping to validate the delivered functionality.
- Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Staying up to date with best practices and tools in business and functional analysis.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- **3-6 years of experience** in a role such as Solution Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and processes.
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
- Technical affinity — the ability to understand code logic, data structures, and technical constraints (e.g. C#, SQL, scripting).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch is required.
- Professional working proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency in French is considered a strong plus.

**WORK LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY**:
This position is based **on-site at our headquarters in Nazareth (Gent)**.
