o2o keeps growing and we are looking for a Webflow Expert & UX Ninja to join our team. Do you like to make a difference in the world? Do you enjoy working in a team of enthusiastic and passionate people? If yes, please keep reading

You will be part of the Design Team, where you design our digital tools and website together with other creatives (UX, UI, Graphic Design, Art Direction). You also work closely with the Product Manager and the Development Team.

Your job is twofold: sometimes you get to show us your Webflow skills, other times you call on your insights into UX design and you will often need to use both skills at the same time.

Webflow Expert
- You draw up current and future needs and translate them into a smart approach in Webflow.
- You set up a logical CMS structure for the public website.
- You integrate the Webflow CMS system into our platform. You form a well-oiled tandem with the Development Team for this.
- You develop our public website in Webflow and bring our story to life.
- Together with the other designers you cycle our public website straight to the top.

UX Ninja
- Together with the Design Team and the Product Owner, you help design of the User Experience of all digital tools that are part of our platform.
- You help to accurately manage and document the Design System in Figma.

We can’t wait to meet you if you have these skills:

- You have been working in Webflow for more than 2 years and you are a fan Moreover, you have some nice projects to show us.
- You know everything about Webflow, CMS, reusable components, interactions and animations. You follow all Webflow innovations closely.
- You have experience in front end development, so you can easily communicate with our developers (HTML & CSS).
- You have experience in creating websites with a complex CMS system.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in designing User Experiences and can proudly demonstrate this with some projects.
- You are an expert in Figma, the UX & UI tool we use at o2o. Do you have a lot of experience in Adobe XD or Invision? Fine But we do expect that you can easily switch to Figma.
- You speak Dutch or English well.
- You can regularly work at our office in Ghent.
- The o2o values (accessible, committed, expert and lively) fit you like a cycling outfit.

- You have already created a multilingual website in Webflow.
- You have access to the beta program for ‘Webflow Logic’.
- You can create libraries in Figma like no other.
- You have experience with Design Systems.
- You have experience with SVG / Lottie animations.
- You have experience with graphic design and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.
- You also like to jump on your bike to get around.

- Controleren of de realisatie voldoet aan het initiële project en aanpassingen doorvoeren (grafische vormgeving, gebruiksvriendelijkheid, navigeerbaarheid,...)
- Beelden (foto's, logo's, tekeningen) uit een databank selecteren en bewerken (kleurmeting, fotoretouches, beeldinstellingen, contouren uitdekken, fotomontage,...)
- Visuele of geluidseffecten integreren in videosequenties
- Een afbeelding van animatie voorzien (opmaak van bewegingen beeld per beeld, bepalen van het traject,...)
- Een grafisch werk maken: Interface voor mobiele applicaties
- Behoeften van de klant analyseren
Het concept en het script vertalen in een eerste visuele voorstelling (getekend, geschilderd,...)
