Job Description
As an In-Store Commercial Manager, you report directly to the Store Manager. You are a leader in the store who empowers the team by coaching and developing them to increase sales, maximize profitability and deliver the best customer experience. Using entrepreneurial spirit together with the store team, you create inspiring presentations of our products as well as taking care of all administrative routines and store operations.
- Perform daily selling follow up and initiate actions accordingly to maximize selling
- Manage and operate merchandising, sales activities, campaigns, stock level and follow up
- Take responsibility of planning your and your department ́s workday and set right priorities
- Apply, drive and manage administrative and security procedures
- Participate and contribute to recruitment and training of employees
- Keep yourself and the team up to date with weekly info and sales activities concerning the store/department
- Evaluate, motivate and develop all colleagues.
- Ensure efficient and effective garment flow, aiming to increase sales
- Ensure and optimize the allocation of garments and products based on business needs
- Ensure high quality, commercial garment presentation
