We are looking for person capable of: - representing TME's DevOps team as its Subject Matter Expert: you must have a good grasp of DevOps industry best practices (we refer to "The DevOps Handbook" in TME as well as TPS & Lean methodologies) and hands-on experience bulding/supporting software development pipelines. - mapping our existing DevOps (pipeline) capabilities, identifying gaps in the ecosystem against DevOps industry standards and suggesting improvements. - taking a high-level strategy and breaking it up into an actionable plan. - communicating this plan on both technical and non-technical level. - partnering effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems. - leading (small) support teams using agile methodology. - identifying opportunities for improvement of the process and way of working both in your own team as well as the wider landscape In your role you will: - support the DevOps ecosystem enabling & optimizing the delivery pipeline for all Toyota projects and teams - provide input on the future vision, and support its implementation. - work with and align Application Teams on the CI/CD roadmap execution - work with and align Application Teams on the Jira Align rollout - work closely within Enterprise Architecture team, and other IT teams involving other Infrastructure/Operations Specialists, BAs, Developers, CyberSecurity, Agile coach. - represent TME's DevOps team as technical lead within IT&D as well as amongst global Toyota peers. **Talen**: - Engels **Opleidingen**: - Bachelor Professional **Aanbod** Talent must be pampered.
