We are searching for the best talent for** Sales Representative woundcare in Orthopedics.**
**Purpose**:
As a Sales Specialist for STRATAFIX barbed sutures and Hunter Skin Adhesive, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of advanced wound closure technologies **exclusively within the field of orthopedic and spine surgery**. You will work closely with orthopedic and spine surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement teams to provide clinical and technical expertise, support product evaluations, and deliver value-based solutions that improve patient outcomes and surgical efficiency.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Promote and sell STRATAFIX and Hunter Skin Adhesive specifically for orthopedic and spine surgical procedures.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth in the orthopedic and spine segment.
- Provide in-theatre support and training to orthopedic and spine surgeons and OR staff during product trials and routine use.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including orthopedic and spine surgeons, nurses, and hospital decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Customer Service) to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities in orthopedic and spine surgery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device sales, preferably in orthopedic or spine surgery.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage with healthcare professionals in a surgical setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
