In co-creation with the client, you design and facilitate:

- Interactive trainings and workshops, as well as customized leadership programs, enabling organizations to implement their talent policies in a sustainable way.
- Design and facilitate assessment and development centers, supported by psychometric tools.
- Actively monitor clients, identify opportunities, and contribute to growth and development. You also contribute to the growth and evolution of our own organization.
- Lead coaching processes for individuals, teams, and organizations, focused on sustainable development and transparent feedback.- As a mentor for our junior consultants, you will participate in their training and guide them in their professional growth.

- In addition to your expressed interest in growing, we are currently looking for a colleague whoIs a fluent communicator in **Dutch and English** both spoken and written. If you can add French to that we will be over the moon.Can look back on **extensive experience in Talent Management**, more specifically in the design and implementation of individual and collective programs as described above.Has familiarity with the interpretation of **psychometric tools and simulation exercises**, experience in the development of these, as well as training & coaching are strong assets.Mastered **project management**, whether it is from your previous experience or it is ingrained in who you are, as long as you have the organizational skills necessary and the execution of projects with clients gives you the energy you need.Can fully identify with our **#growingtogether philosophy**: working together as a team with colleagues and clients where we create added value through the complementary power of co-creation.Reflects our core **values**: inspire passion, make a difference, build together, challenge today & keep growing.
