Jouw challenge
Als administratief assistent ondersteun je onze winkels op het vlak van facility management.
Je staat in contact met de winkels, de leveranciers en de district managers.
Je wordt hierbij aangestuurd door de Facility Manager.
Jouw voornaamste taken zijn:
- Interventies in de winkels plannen en opvolgen;
- Interventiebonnen ontvangen, controleren en archiveren;
- Onderhoudscontracten van de leveranciers opvolgen en klasseren;
- Facturen beheren in samenwerking met de boekhouding;
- Gegevens van leveranciers up to date houden en contractuele afspraken maken;
- De markt verkennen naar mogelijke leveranciers.
Profiel, ervaring en competenties
- Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot.
- Je bent een organisatorisch en communicatief talent.
- Je beschikt over een goede teamspirit.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, meer bepaald van Excel.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans Aanbod
