About you and this role

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings and adopt a practical approach to production and construction sites. Understand project business development, including involved parties and decision-making processes.
- Handle and learn joint dimensioning calculations to support daily customer requests and master more complex methodologies for demanding designs.
- Comprehend local regulations, standards, and certification processes by country, and understand the role of specifying bodies.
- Embrace and utilize new digital tools to support daily activities and promote Dow solutions across the value chain.
- Visit and audit customers to ensure proper use of our products as part of a continuous quality improvement program.
- Establish professional relationships with market influencers such as facade consultants and architects. Build internal and external networks with key influencers and stakeholders.
- Author and support papers and presentations, and present at industry conferences.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related science field.
- Excellent communicator with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15-25% of the time.
- Flexible, with a problem-solving and creative mindset.
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to work well independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to handle new digital tools and interfaces.
- Capable of building customer relationships and trust.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the building and infrastructure industry.
- Previous experience in a technical service role.
