Dearly Collection is opening its first pop-up store (April-July 2026) in Brussels, combining sustainable fashion with a Colombian coffee corner. We're looking for a motivated intern to join this exciting entrepreneurial adventure.

**Your Role**: You'll be essential in creating an unforgettable customer experience and supporting daily operations:

- **Customer Service & Sales**: Welcome customers, share the brand story, advise on products, process sales
- **Visual Merchandising**: Maintain beautiful product displays, ensure the space stays inspiring
- **Social Media Content**: Capture moments, social media support, help showcase daily life at the pop-up
- **Events Support**: Help organize opening event, workshops, and special moments with clients
- **Coffee Corner**: Prepare and serve quality Colombian coffee, create a warm welcoming atmosphere
- **Operations**: Stock management, sales tracking, administrative support

**What You'll Learn**:

- Complete retail store management from setup to daily operations
- Entrepreneurial experience (building something from scratch)
- Coffee barista skills
- Social media content creation
- Customer relationship building in sustainable fashion

Profil recherchéWe are looking for a motivated, curious, and hands-on intern who enjoys human connection and creative environments.

**You are**:

- A student in **business, marketing, fashion, retail, or related studies**:

- Comfortable interacting with customers and telling a brand story
- Interested in **sustainable fashion, craftsmanship, and conscious living**:

- Curious, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Love coffee & fashion

**You have**:

- A natural sense of hospitality and customer care
- Good communication skills
- An interest in content creation / social media (Instagram)
- A willingness to learn (coffee skills included ☕)

**Languages**:

- English required
- French is a strong plus
- Spanish is a bonus (but not required)

**Period**:April - July 2026
**Location**: Etterbeek, Brussels
**Internship agreement required**
