Een bedrijf in **Sint-Denijs-Westrem**, dat zich sterk richt op innovatieve projecten, is op zoek naar een **Recruiter** **met uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden**.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het rekruteren van technische en ingenieursprofielen, en je zult ook administratieve ondersteuning bieden op verschillende vlakken.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je rekruteert de juiste profielen met behulp van verschillende kanalen.
- Je zorgt voor de administratieve onboarding.
- Je dient projectaanvragen in bij de overheid.
- Je volgt alle administratieve verplichtingen van het project op, zoals facturatie.
- Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor de klant en helpt het project in goede banen te leiden.
- Je staat in voor de voorbereiding en de verslaggeving van vergaderingen.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt mínimaal een **bachelorsdiploma** **of** minstens **3 jaar werkervaring**.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal, Frans is een plus.
- Je kent vlot jouw weg in het MS Office-pakket.
- Je hebt **basiskennis van facturatie**.
- Dankzij jouw uitstekende organisatievermogen verlopen de werkzaamheden altijd soepel en volgens schema.
- Draag je duurzaamheid hoog in het vaandel, dan heb je een streepje voor.
