Jobomschrijving

As a payroll employee you will be responsible for all payroll related activities and social administration (including time & attendance), and will act as advisor on social legislation, payroll related issues and the administration of extra legal benefits.

Key accountabilities

Within the HR services team, you will be co-responsible for:

- the accurate processing of salaries for blue-collar workers and white-collar workers. You will use the software package e-blox
- the follow up of HR-related statistics (headcount, remuneration evolution, absences, etc.)
- acting as first point of contact regarding payroll & administration related questions with occasionally an on-site permanence (2x /month)
- managing the HR database SuccessFactors (in, out, changes), the payroll database (e-blox) and time registration (ProTime)
- general personnel administration (social documents, certificates, personnel files etc) and administration related to insurances (pension plan & medical care)
- various HR-related projects

Jouw aanbod

Bachelors Degree in HR, finance or legal related field, or equal by experience
At least 3-4 years in-depth payroll related experience, in a payroll office or international business environment.
Experience with HR tools ( E-blox, Assusoft, pro-time and Successfactor) is key
You are communicative, service-minded and make contacts easily. Moreover, you are a real team player, well organized, dare to take initiatives and can handle stress.

Good knowledge of Dutch, French, English is recommended (spoken and written).

You can work very accurate with the necessary integrity and can adapt easily to changing needs
