Voor een van onze klanten gelegen in Braine L'Alleud, zijn wij op zoek naar een Finance & HR administrator. Ben jij vlot tweetalig N/FR? Beschik je over een financiële achtergrond en heb je bovendien interesse/ervaring met HR? Dan zijn wij wellicht op zoek naar jou
**Jouw taken**:
Als Financieel en HR administrator ken je een gevarieerde functie. Je bent ondermeer verantwoordelijk voor:
- het verwerken en inboeken van bankrekeninguittreksels;
- het controleren en verwerken van binnenkomende facturen;
- het voorbereiden van de betalingen en debiteurenbeheer;
- het assisteren bij de maand
- en jaarafsluitingen;
- de analytische boekhouding;
- contacten met sociaal secretariaat voor de lonen;
- beheer van het wagenpark;
- nieuwe personeelsleden inschrijven in de juiste systemen.
Dit takenpakket kan verder uitgebreid worden.
**Je profiel**:
- Een financiële achtergrond is een must.
- Een eerste ervaring in HR is een plus.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
- Je bent een enthousiaste assertieve teamspeler, die goed in staat is om ook zelfstanding te werken.
- Je weet hoe om te gaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je hebt een accurate en resultaatgerichte werkhouding, een flexibele instelling en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen.
