Voor de uitbreiding van ons sales team, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Floor Manager (M/V) voor de damesafdeling, met een uitgesproken feeling voor high fashion.

**Jouw uitdaging**
- Je staat in voor de commerciële opvolging van je afdeling, alsook voor de opvolging van het toegewezen team verkoopmedewerkers.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële resultaat van je afdeling. Je werkt actief mee in de verkoop en draagt persoonlijk bij tot de commerciële uitstraling en het hoogstaand imago van de zaak, dit in nauwe samenwerking met je Store Manager.
- Je kent de vooropgestelde objectieven en tracht deze steeds, zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief te overtreffen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opleiding, motivatie en het coachen van je medewerkers.
- Je bevordert de samenwerking binnen het eigen team en de andere teams in de winkel, je speelt hierbij een voorbeeldfunctie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de orde in de stockruimtes.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Store Manager bij Verso en communiceert op regelmatige basis over het reilen en zeilen binnen de afdeling.

- Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in de verkoop in het luxe segment.
- Je hebt een passie voor mode en bent vertrouwd met de meeste modemerken.
- Je bent goed op de hoogte van onze collecties en volgt de algemene modetrends op de voet.
- Je hebt een grote werklust en helpt collega’s waar nodig, ook wanneer het taken buiten de verkoop betreft.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring met people management.
- Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen.
- Je stelt je flexibel op naar uurregeling (uurrooster, verlofplanning) toe.
- Je hebt een goede talenkennis (Nederlands - Frans - Engels)
