**De functie**:
Als HR officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van verschillende administratieve taken binnen de HR afdeling. Je zult een sleutelrol spelen in het ondersteunen van het HR team en het waarborgen van een soepele werking van HR processen, voornamelijk voor de arbeiders.
- Je werkt mee om van de HR afdeling een service verlenende afdeling te maken.
- Je beheert en verwerkt de personeelsadministratie (zoals het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, brieven en andere HR gerelateerde documenten).
- Je verzamelt en houdt bij van personeelsgegevens, incl verlofadministratie,...
- Je volgt de sociale wetgeving nauwgezet op en past deze correct toe.
- Je helpt bij de onboarding voor nieuwe personeelsleden.
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders met betrekking tot HR gerelateerde vragen en verzoeken.
- Je bent back up voor het HR team.
- Je verzorgt het onthaal en de telefonie.
