**Program Manager Connect**
- Full-time, homebased in Belgium_
In this role, you are responsible of managing a portfolio of clients via phone to retain corporate customers, enlarge turnover and efficiency and extend relationships. You are the representative of the company and therefore responsible for the fact that the client acknowledges BCD Travel as a very good qualified, service minded and efficient organization. The role includes equally supporting a Global Account Manager with an account in core client-facing responsibilities to include but not limited to customer service, data preparation and analysis, business plan and customer metrics management, reporting, projects, surveys, and technology. You focus on clients with lightly managed travel programs, with the need of simplified options including intuitive self-service

- Contacting pro-actively a wide range of mid-market and SME clients
- Gathers client feedback and translates this into actionable items to the internal organization
- Monitor customer feedback
- Identify and resolve customer challenges effectively
- Communicate updates and escalate when necessary
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customer contacts
- Increase satisfaction and increase communication with the clients
- Migrate existing clients on Service Packages
- Gain and analyze feedback from clients on Service Packages after implementation
- Communicate in such a way that clients are delighted and happy with their Service Package
- Participate in projects, i.e. implementations, RFP Surveys
- SalesForce Tool
- Input data / information
- Monitor tool for compliance
- Comfortable developing client relationships in a virtual world
**How you can set yourself apart**
- Good command of the English and Dutch Languages
- Adept to technology; including CRM systems
- Knowledgeable in Amadeus (not required)
- Proficient with the Internet, Windows and MS Office products; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- You have a higher education degree
- You have experience in a Business Travel
