Goodman CE is looking for a colleague to join the **Ops Accelerators team,** a cross functional team focused on **enabling initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence of the organization**, by delivering solutions (people, **process** **& technology**) in the domains of **business process re-engineering,**business intelligence and** information technology**
More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:
- Manage the project end to end (scope and quality, budget, timeline, stakeholder mgmt., change mgmt.)
- Gather requirements (functional & non-functional) and translate them into user stories with acceptance criteria
- Design, perform, and guide end users through test scenarios
- Develop and provide training and process support to end users
- Assess, document and design Operating Models (people, process,, tools)
- Proactively identify new improvement opportunities for existing processes, systems and tools
- Ensure sustainment of solutions
**Do you recognize yourself?**
- You hold a master degree in Economics or Finance and you have at least 3 years of experience in technology enabled process improvement projects
- Experience in Project Management (Prince2 or PMI certified preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, organisational capabilities, and process orientation
- Excellent team skills - communication, problem solving and time management
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural and international environment
- Fluent written and spoken knowledge English
- Willingness to travel within Europe in the future (10%)
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.) is considered a plus
