We’re looking for an experienced International Paralegal to support our multiple entities in the EU, U.S., China and India with corporate compliance and corporate secretarial support.
This is an opportunity to work for an international company, with a strong culture and value set in a dynamic, commercial industry and enjoy the challenge of supporting a diverse and growing international workforce.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the hCue corporate documentation platform for the company
- Ensure corporate filings with annual filing requirements
- File updates with countries as needed based on changes in company including Director or entity changes
- Support Finance with KYC needs
- Responsible for maintenance of contract management platform
- Responsible for company docket
**Experience Required**
- Qualified in Luxembourg, France, Belgium or Germany and have at least 3-6 years PQE in employment law with knowledge of EU laws
- Knowledge of EU directives to support corporate compliance
