Newly graduated and do you posses a bachelor's degree?

Are you interested in a management position?

As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will progress to a managerial position within one of our logistics operations within two years.

The Supply Chain Traineeship will help you grow into a managerial position within 2 years.

Your logistics career gets a kick start as a supply chain trainee on the job.

You follow an extensive training path of about 2 years, focusing on operational skills, leadership skills and specialization.

Throughout your discovery tour, you will have the opportunity to get to know the different types of operations and customers.

And discover what opportunities are available to you.

There are a total of 4 evaluation moments.

Depending on your competencies and interests, you can advance to a managerial position.

For example team leader of a team/department: managing and coaching a team within a certain department.

**Vereiste kwalificaties**
- You have a bachelor's degree (logistics, business management, commerce, languages, etc.) or have a first relevant work experience (team leader, shift leader, foreman, logistics employee, forklift driver, logistics warehouse employee with ambition, etc.)
- You are a real people manager: you enjoy managing people.
- You keep a cool head in stressful situations and have the guts to make decisions
- You are willing to invest in yourself, you are a go-getter and like to learn new things
- You are flexible in terms of hours (shifts) and tasks
