Voor onze klant, één van de vijf grootste vleesverwerkers ter wereldbedrijf, zijn wij op zoek naar een **Jr Retail Account Manager** voor regio Oost-Vlaanderen, deel West-Vlaanderen, deel Vlaams-Brabant & een deel Henegouwen.

Als Jr Retail Account Manager werk je voor 3 merken (Justin Bridou, Aoste en Marcassou) binnen de distributiekanaal F1/F2/F3. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de omzet, het marktaandeel en de distributie van je producten binnen je distributiekanaal.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Optimaliseren van assortimenten in de winkels.
- Initiëren en uitvoeren van merchandise-activiteiten en lokale promoties.
- Adviseren over category management en winstgevendheid.
- Marktanalyses uitvoeren en concurrentie monitoren.
- Beheren van commerciële contracten op winkelniveau.
- Naadloos samenwerken met Key Account Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing en Operations.

**Wie zoeken we?**
- Educatie en Ervaring_
- Bachelor diploma vereist.
- Ervaring in Sales en/of Marketing bij een toonaangevend merk.
- Bekendheid met werken in winkelpunten.
- Vaardigheid in Nederlands en Engels vereist, Frans is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring in FMCG/Food is een grote troef.
- Persoonlijke Vaardigheden_
- Uitstekend in het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties.
- Gericht op relaties met een sterke focus op prestaties en resultaten.
- Sterk analytisch met een goed cijfermatig inzicht.
- Daadkrachtig om ideeën om te zetten in concrete acties en resultaten.
- Proactief in probleemoplossing.
- Uitstekende organisatorische en autonome werkvaardigheden.
- Nauwkeurig in communicatie.
