**Responsibilities**:
**One day as an Expleo Technical Dev Leader**
- Help to grow our team and bring enterprise development practices to the table
- Evaluate client business challenges and work with the team to arrive at the best-fit technology solution components
- Coach people and drive your team by example
- Good understanding of the Software architecture and design patterns
- Collaborate with clients and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Validate and document security requirements for all solutions
**Skills**:**What are our key selection criteria for joining Expleo developers’ team?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in E2E software development (Java Spring & ReactJS | Angular | VueJS |...)
- Experience with designing, implementing, securing & interacting with APIs
- Must have good JDBC / SQL skills
- Experience in concise and isolated tests cases with JUnit and mocking library (TDD is a plus)
- Ability to Develop user-centred and accessible interfaces by mastering HTML / CSS
- Knowledge on CI-CD, the steps of a pipeline
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git / VCS)
- Mature with Agile WoW and Scrum ceremonies
