As a Bid Manager, you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for capturing strategic business opportunities and turning them into profitable contracts. You will lead the bid process, collaborating with Sales and Engineering teams to deliver winning proposals that drive business growth and impact company operations.

**Your Mission: Lead, Create, and Deliver**

Your mission starts when an opportunity is qualified for bidding and ends when the contract is successfully handed over to the operations team. You will:

- Lead internal processes related to the bid phase, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Prepare and negotiate bids, defining project baselines, assessing risks, and securing deals
- Manage a network of partners, contribute to market intelligence, and maintain customer request databases
- Ensure seamless transition to project teams, preparing and validating project launches

**Your Profile: A Unique Blend of Skills and Experience**

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

- A Civil or Industrial Engineering, Business School Master's Degree, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (professional use required)
- Strong experience in bid management in high-tech and complex environments
- Transverse leadership, organizational, and customer-driven skills
- Finance literacy, business acumen, and experience in public markets and international groups (a plus)
