**About the Mission**

*** 1. Application Analysis and Evaluation****:

- Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and improving user experience.

**2. **Application Selection and Integration**:
**3. Application Governance and Maintenance****:

- Work closely with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and implement updates or patches as needed

**4. Training and Support****:

- Organize training sessions and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development among employees.

**5. Team Leadership and Development****:

- Lead a team of data analysts, functional consultants and engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Ensure the team development so they can stay up to date in their areas of expertise.

**About YOU**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong experience with Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Safe?). Fluent in English with proficiency in French.
