Ben jij een ervaren SAP-professional die processen wil verbeteren en écht impact wil maken binnen een sterk internationaal groeiverhaal? Voor een Belgisch familiebedrijf met 7000 medewerkers in 20 landen, zoeken we een **SAP Functional Analyst** voor het verder uitrollen en optimaliseren van hun logistieke en sales-gerelateerde SAP-processen.
**Jouw rol**:
- Je analyseert bedrijfsbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar SAP-oplossingen, voornamelijk in **SD (Sales & Distribution)** of **MM/WM (aankoop en magazijn)**.
- Je werkt binnen een **intern projectteam van 20 collega’s**, verdeeld in support, change en projectwerking.
- Je begeleidt end-to-end SAP-trajecten: van **analyse, configuratie, testing tot go-live**.
- Je werkt met SAP S/4HANA én geïntegreerde randapplicaties.
- Je bent actief binnen **verschillende divisies** (papier, kokers, verpakkingen) die elk een eigen SAP-aanpak hebben.
- Je stemt af met gebruikers over heel Europa (o.a. Spanje, Frankrijk, Portugal).
- Je krijgt ruimte voor **interne consultancy, initiatief en intrapreneurship**.
**Wat je krijgt**:

- Werken in een stabiel en groeiend familiebedrijf (4e generatie) dat binnenkort **90 jaar** bestaat
- Een hecht team met veel ervaring, vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheden
- ** Minstens 5 jaar ervaring** met SAP-configuratie (SD of MM/WM).
- Je hebt **ervaring met procesanalyse** in een productie
- of logistieke omgeving.
- Je denkt mee, stelt de juiste vragen, werkt gestructureerd en communiceert vlot over de grenzen heen.
- Consultancyervaring is een troef.
- Je spreekt vlot **Engels** (75% intern gebruikt), met een goede kennis van **Frans**.
- Je beschikt over bachelor
- of masterniveau (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
