To further develop and optimize our mobility solutions, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Mobility and Process Manager.- As the Mobility and Process Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our strategic vision for mobility solutions while enhancing overall business processes. This role requires a forward-thinking professional with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategies in mobility and process management. As a key member of our HR team, you will also be responsible for integrating HR considerations into mobility and process initiatives.**Responsibilities**: **Strategic Mobility Planning**: - Lead the development and implementation of our mobility solutions in alignment with overall business objectives. - Drive efforts to identify and implement innovative mobility strategies, including alternative transportation modes and sustainable solutions. - Evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify strategic opportunities for improvement. - Note: We have recently completed a transformation to a full electric fleet, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. **Vendor Management**: - Oversee the development and management of vendor relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and value delivery. - Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors providing mobility-related services and automation solutions. **Process Optimization, Automation, and Performance Management**: - Design and implement processes to enhance efficiency and streamline our mobility operations, integrating automation solutions to increase efficiency. - Support the operational aspects of mobility solutions, ensuring seamless execution. - Work closely with senior management and the HR team to set clear objectives for mobility and process improvement initiatives. - Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of mobility and process initiatives. **HR Integration**: - Collaborate within the HR team to ensure that mobility and process initiatives align with HR policies and practices. - Integrate HR considerations into mobility solutions, including talent management, employee experience, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. **Location**: - Zaventem HQ**Skills & Qualifications**: **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives in mobility management and process optimization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively convey and implement strategic plans. - Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in strategic mobility and process management, including automation tools. - Fluency in Dutch and/or French and fluent in English. - Experience working within an HR team or closely collaborating with HR professionals is a plus. **We offer**: - At KPMG, we take pride in fostering a workplace culture guided by our core values—Integrity, Excellence, Courage, Together, and For Better.
