**Hays Sales is momenteel op zoek naar een Accountmanager B2B. Onze opdrachtgever is een belangrijke partner van verzekeringsmaatschappijen. Zij leveren IT-software op maat voor deze specifieke sector.**

Als Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van een klantenportefeuille in jouw regio. Uw klanten zijn voornamelijk verzekeringsmaatschappijen en makelaars. Je bezoekt twee of drie klanten per dag. Tijdens het bezoek presenteer je de software die jouw bedrijf aanbiedt en overtuig je de prospects om die software te gebruiken om hun organisatie te versterken. Je bent actief in lange en complexe verkoopcycli, je verbreedt je netwerk en je marktkennis. Daarnaast ontwikkel je je kennis op het gebied van verzekeringen. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om vanuit huis te werken en de rest van de tijd ben je onderweg of je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende afdelingen van de divisie.

De ideale kandidaat heeft een eerste commerciële ervaring met lange en complexe verkoopcycli. Als deze ervaring in de dienstensector ligt, is dat een pluspunt. Je bent een echte netwerker met goede onderhandelingscapaciteiten en overtuigingskracht. Je wordt gemotiveerd door de uitdaging om nieuwe klanten te krijgen. Je werkt met een langetermijnaanpak en bent in staat om complexe commerciële cycli aan te kunnen; je hebt affiniteit met de medische sector. Perfect in staat om uw spraak aan te passen aan c-level executive. Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en Engels. Je hebt een goede beheersing van het Frans.
