** Beschrijving**

Our client, a Belgian leader in the fitted kitchen market, is looking for an Accounting/Invoicing Assistant.

Your tasks in this function:

- You will follow up outstanding invoices on a daily basis in collaboration with the Sales department & Accounting.
- You will solve and investigate irregularities between the accounting and the system.
- Follow-up of supplier orders
- Follow-up of furniture deliveries
- Customer invoicing
- You will actively participate in the improvement of the procedures related to your responsibilities.
- You will assist the Operations Manager in daily tasks.

**Profile**
- You have a very good knowledge of FR or NL and a good knowledge of the other language
- You have experience in customer relations
- You are proactive and reliable
- You have a natural sense of order and results
- You like to work in a team
