Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our SaaS (Software as a Service) company.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You will play a key role in promoting our SaaS products and services to a global audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a** content marketing strategy** to create engaging and relevant content for our target audience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other types of content that resonate with our customers.
- Understand the customer journey and use in-market messaging to target each stage of the buyer’s journey
- Develop compelling offers and make sure they are actively being promoted - Perform market research to understand trends in the industry
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
- Leverage the power of marketing automation with tools like Intercom to streamline and optimize digital marketing processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry. Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Proficient in using web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to extract actionable insights from data and make data-backed recommendations.
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom Pipedrive and WordPress. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch to create compelling content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with the audience on social media platforms.
- Creative mindset: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Experience managing external agencies or freelancers is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
