Jouw bestemming?
Om ons departement Finance te versterken, zijn we voor het Corporate Finance team op zoek naar een Risk Manager (M/V/X).
Jouw vluchtinstructies
De belangrijkste taken van de Risk Manager zijn:
- Risicomanagement op bedrijfs
- en projectniveau waarbij je advies het verschil zal maken in key projecten, processen en de organisatie van ons bedrijf;
- Het beheren, analyseren en herplaatsen van de volledige verzekeringsportefeuille waarbij ervoor gezorgd wordt dat deze portefeuille voldoende de relevante risico’s dekt, de polissen tijdig vernieuwd worden en de kosten voor verzekeringen en makelaars marktconform zijn;
- Optreden als gatekeeper en owner voor wat betreft contractuele afspraken met leveranciers en partners aangaande aansprakelijkheid en verzekeringen;
Het beheren van de risico rapportage en opvolging hiervan op bedrijfsniveau aan de relevante ondernemingsorganen (Board, Audit committee, CFO, CEO, HOF corporate finance) op een professionele wijze.Jouw paspoort
- Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minimum 5 jaar risicobeheer en/of verzekeringen/makelaar op seniorniveau
- Kennis van de verschillende types bedrijfs
- en aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen alsook de daaraan verbonden polisvoorwaarden
- Kennis van de gedekte risicogebieden en (sub)risicocategorieën
- Kennis van de methodologieën en systemen van risicomanagement
- (Juridische) kennis van de contractuele clausules aangaande verzekering en aansprakelijkheid
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en/of het Frans. Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en je spreekt vloeiend Engels
