Procurement Coördinator

**What will you do**:
We are looking for a procurement coordinator for group procurement. This function is key in contributing to operational excellence across all divisions. You manage the sourcing and supply of paper and other resources for our corrugated, solid board production. You will report to the group procurement manager.

Your goal:

- Manage and overview the monthly raw material forecasting process: collection, control and preparation of the data.
- Report and monitor the forecasting and budget accuracy
- Act and resolve disruptions in close cooperation with the local buyers and purchase managers
- You are the key person for the OMP tool to facilitate the make or buy decision and the key user for SAP
- In the monthly raw material forecasting, you manage the same elements for the annual budget process.
- Monitor, analyse and optimize raw material stock levels in function of the market. You keep a close eye on stock rotation and parameters
- You manage price lists for the sales and procurement
- You are key user for SAP
- You are key contact for SAP change request for P2P
- Define new ICT projects such as EDI, consignment stock and set up of external warehouses
- You manage master data for all paper (suppliers, payment terms, paper qualities,....)
- You assist with training of users
- You define best practice

**Who are we looking for**:

- Preferably you have a Bachelor or Master
- You have an excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- You have a strong analytical mindset and experience with material flows and supply chain
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English and a good knowledge of French
- You manage to maintain an overview in a constantly changing market, you work cost-efficiently and result-oriented
- You are willing to travel from time to time to our production sites in Europe (10%)
