**The Role**:
Ready to drive business in a fast-growing AI company? Semine is helping companies automate their finance functions using AI, and we are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the Belgium office. As a **Sales Development Representative at Semine,** you are the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in the sales process. You will be responsible for actively identifying and prospecting new leads in your market, initiating contact, and booking meetings with decision-makers across relevant industries. You will qualify leads before handing them over to Sales Executives, who will continue the process and deepen the needs analysis with the client.

You’ll work strategically with prospecting, market insights, and business-driven initiatives in close collaboration with the entire commercial team. A large part of your role will be focused on lead generation through outreach, creating engagement, and building relationships that lay the foundation for long-term partnerships. You'll also represent Semine at webinars, trade shows, and industry events to network and identify new business opportunities. By analyzing and following up on your efforts, you will continuously optimize your performance and contribute to Semine’s growth targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through strategic outreach
- Book and conduct initial meetings with potential clients
- Participate in webinars, trade shows, and industry events to create new business opportunities and increase brand awareness
- Work towards defined KPIs and continuously analyze performance to improve results
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize lead handling and go-to-market strategy

**Requirements**:

- Completed upper secondary education
- Post-secondary education in sales is a plus
- A few years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in Fintech, ERP, or AP solutions is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus
