Onbehalf of our Esteemed client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, we are recruiting the following profile:
**STORE MANAGER / FASHION LUXURY BRAND / BRUXELLES**:
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Create a genuine, attentive and long lasting relationship with the clients, based on listening, meeting and exceeding client’s needs and expectations
- Responsible for proper planning ensuring appropriate staffing levels, associate supervision, coaching, and providing clear direction on overall merchandising standards, stocking and customer service expectations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Assesses the effectiveness of the team, and provides the appropriate level of coaching performance feedback
- Conducts sales and inventory management
- on-the-job training to new employees and operational tasks
- Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs, in a challenging competitive environment;
- Creates an inspiring shopping environment through effective merchandising capability, high in store standards and compelling visual presentation
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures
- Lead the team to achieve common goals, identifying clear priorities, tasks and definition of role
- Keep store running smoothly by executing weekly and monthly business rhythms and tasks
- Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
- Keeps store looking optimal by upholding visual merchandising standards
- Maintains positive employee relations and open lines of communication throughout store
- **Qualifications**:_
- 3+ years of retail experience in the same role
- French and English Fluent, flemish is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience and knowledge with POS systems
