As our Digital Marketeer, you’ll play a key role in shaping Fantail’s online presence, engaging our community, and driving our brand forward. You’ll have ownership across a broad spectrum of digital channels, using your creativity and analytical skills to enhance the customer experience and maximize results. We’re looking for someone who’s just as passionate about data-driven marketing as they are about brand storytelling
**Your Role and Responsibilities**Digital Strategy Development**: Collaborate on a digital strategy and continuously refine it based on data to maximize ROI.-
**Website & E-commerce Optimization**: Manage and enhance our website, focusing on user experience to drive online sales.-
**Campaign Management**: Develop and implement impactful online promotions and ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to boost engagement and reach.-
**Conversion Optimization**: Create plans to improve conversion rates, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.-
**Social Media Management**: Manage Fantail’s social channels, building an engaged and active community.-
**SEO and Content Marketing**: Conduct keyword research, write SEO-friendly, inspiring content, and drive organic traffic growth through analytics and refinement.-
**Brand Consistency**: Maintain brand identity and ensure that all materials reflect Fantail’s look and feel.-
**POS Material Design**: Create internal and external POS materials such as presentations, brochures, and catalogs.**What We Offer**

**Jouw profiel**:
**Your Profile**Education & Experience**: A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar, or equivalent experience.-
**Professional Background**: At least 3 years in e-commerce, preferably in a B2C setting.-
**Digital Tool Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and SEO.-
**E-commerce Experience**: Experience with Shopify is a strong plus.-
**Creative & Analytical Skills**: You’re a creative thinker with solid analytical skills. You can come up with creative solutions as well as data-driven decisions.-
**Project & time management**: Ability to manage different projects at a time and to work in a fast-paced environment -Mindset: You’re eager to learn and have a growth mindset-
