EnergyVision brengt duurzame energie-oplossingen naar de huizen en/of bedrijven van onze klanten. Zo plaatsen we zonnepanelen, laadpalen of andere technieken zonder dat de klant één euro hoeft te investeren. Dankzij onze aanpak kunnen klanten vanaf dag één besparen op hun energiefactuur. We begeleiden onze klanten jarenlang en doen er alles aan om hen centraal te stellen, samen met meer dan 200 medewerkers in Gent, Brussel, Tianjin (China) en Casablanca (Marokko).
Als onderdeel van onze groei zijn we op zoek naar een Collection Support Officer.
**Jouw taken**
- Je ondersteunt het volledige debiteurenbeheer zowel voor onze B2B als voor onze B2C klanten
- Je stuurt aanmaningen, stelt betalingsplannen op en zorgt voor een vlotte betaling van de klanten
- Je neemt hiervoor actief contact op met onze klanten, zowel telefonisch als via mail
- Je staat als 2e lijn supportmedewerker in voor de moeilijkere cases en zorgt steeds voor een vlotte afhandeling
- Je verwerkt alle klantencontracten op een accurate manier in onze systemen
- Je analyseert grondig de klantendossiers, gaat steeds probleemoplossingsgericht te werk
- Je onderhoudt goede contacten zowel met interne departementen als met externe incassobureaus
- Daarnaast sta je in voor de ondersteuning bij compliance taken, zoals bij rapporteringen van accijnzen, andere heffingen en rapporteringen voor de VREG en CREG
**Jouw profiel**
- Je beschikt minstens over een graduaatsopleiding, bij voorkeur in een boekhoudkundige richting
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een administratieve functie
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve skills in het Nederlands én Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- Je gaat steeds klantgericht te werk en bent tegelijk assertief en standvastig met een zelfverzekerde houding
- Daarnaast is een proactieve en probleemoplossingsgerichte aanpak een must in deze rol
