**Wat ga je doen?**:
Als **Branch Manager** is jouw belangrijkste missie het succes van jouw vestiging garanderen in samenwerking met jouw Sales Managers en Captains. Je krijgt de kans om jouw vestiging eigen te maken.
**Jouw taken**:
- Met de juiste acties studenten overhalen om voor Activate te werken;
- Sollicitatiegesprekken inplannen en uitvoeren;
- Planning van jouw vestiging beheren;
- Je kantoorteam aansturen en coachen op alle verschillende KPI’s;
- Analyseren van resultaten + team aansturen met acties, trainingen en evaluatiegesprekken.
- Uitvoeren van administratieve taken;
- Meetings, borrels en teamuitjes organiseren.
