Functieomschrijving BOORTMALT is the world leader malting company with 3 million tonnes production capacity. The group is present on 5 continents with 27 malting plants. Boortmalt's expertise is widely acknowledged by brewers and distillers who rely on the supply of top quality barley malt. The Boortmalt Group is a fully owned subsidiary of the agricultural and agribusiness cooperative Axereal. Our relationship with Axereal, Europe's largest grain cooperative, ensures us access to high quality barley year round. We are looking for a Business Reporting Specialist EU to be part of the Supply Chain team in Belgium. The position will report to the Regional Supply Chain Manager Europe. In this role you are responsible for the European reporting and analyses needs to help drive the business planning processes. You will develop data-driven insights to influence network strategies, operational execution, and budgeting decisions. This role has high visibility in all levels of the organization and will engage with all departments. - Your main tasks will be: - Develop improvements for reporting processes & data transparency by leveraging technology - Build solutions to transform raw data into valuable business insights - Develop and maintain (management) dashboards to assess progress on key performance indicators - Communicate recommendations and insights, based on your analyses - Engage with business partners ranging from those seeking tactical insights to those requiring strategical information - Support the further development of the overall planning & analytics capabilities in the region Profiel - You have a Master or Bachelor degree, preferably within supply chain and planning **Experience**: - Turning data into actionable insights is your source of energy, it makes you excited - You have strong analytical and communication skills at all levels - You are an expert in using MS Excel and PowerBI, other reporting/planning tools are a plus - You have a minimum of 5 years experience in working in or for a supply chain environment - You have sound knowledge of JDE or a comparable EPR system - You speak and write fluent English and Dutch.
