- Hays Technology is excited to announce an opportunity for Enterprise Architect to help our client in streamlining their Technology Landscape._
**What you'll be doing**:
- As an Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with the IT Director to help define the company's technology landscape.
- Develop and maintain the organization's architectural landscape and roadmap.
- Monitor technology trends (AI, IoT, DevOps,...) and make proposals to integrate them into the company's IT landscape.
- Be the SPOC for external partners and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with established IT policies, standards and procedures.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration on IT initiatives.

Our client is a research and innovation center financed by its member and the European Union. They aim to help their members active in the construction sector to be at the cutting edge of innovation. With more than 300 employees working in R&D and finance, they help their member in various areas such as technical consulting, digital transformation, sustainability and productivity.
The arrival of the Enterprise Architect is eagerly awaited by all the company's employees and promises a pleasant working environment.
**What we're looking for**:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Knowledge of programming languages and methodologies such as HTML, C#, JavaScript, SQL and Python, as well as Agile and Scrum methodologies (certification a plus).
- Experience with cloud technology, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF, UML, etc.).
- Persuasiveness
- You are a self-starter who can proactively identify opportunities, translate them into concrete projects, and manage their delivery.
- You are also a team player, motivated to find solutions to technical needs and able to think conceptually and analytically.
- You will ensure good communication between IT and the business on new IT related requirements, progress of implementation and delivery of results.
- You will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- French or Dutch language skills. English language skills are an advantage.
