**Job Summary**:
This is a new position within the Global Marketing Communication team of TPS. Your main responsibility is to continuously improve the management and content of the TPS digital programme portfolio, timely, in budget and in accordance to the overall business strategy and the process and procedures at Terumo. You will join the team of Ireen Stanford, Global Marketing Communication Manager TPS, in our HQ in Leuven, Belgium.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Coordinate and support digital marketing strategy and programs

You co-create together with your MarCom colleagues the digital strategy and digital transformation roadmap for TPS and coordinate and support with the execution of the strategy. This will allow for a better and well-targeted online presence of TPS, able to be more visible to different target audiences.
You support the creation of visual concepts for promotional activities, including using tools like Photoshop and InDesign to create strong visual content.
Furthermore, you coordinate the digital marketing calendar and support with content creation and copywriting for digital campaigns.
In addition, you support the creation and maintenance of social media content and the TPS website.
You support internal digital communication efforts and information sharing e.g., newsletter, blogs, feed.

2.Measure, analyse and recommend

You monitor, analyse and report on performance of our digital channels. You measure the business impact and make ongoing recommendations to drive continuous improvement of our digital strategy.
You support product introductions with tactical programs and track the results.

**Profile Description**:
You have a bachelor degree in Marketing, preferably with a specialisation in digital marketing.
A first work experience or an impactful internship in a similar role is a strong plus.
You take ownership of your projects, you are a problem solver and have a high energy and drive; you can express yourself fluently in English and feel comfortable working in a large international organisation.
You can work independently but can also work in a team, collaborating closely with your colleagues and manager.
You are digital
- and data savvy: thanks to reporting and dashboarding tools, you can measure the performance of your projects and can interpret this data to formulate sound conclusions and follow up actions.
In addition, you have some copywriting skills, taking into consideration the limitations of our Medical Devices and Pharma highly regulated environment.
Technical skills: you can work with Ads and Google Analytics, web publishing, SEO-tools and you can work with digital marketing automation software.
